This dweeb is from both Arc V and Yuume's 'series', 'Reiyoku'! How so?
Tree time travel. Or something.
Appearing to be an adult counterpart to Yuuya Sakaki, this fellow is host to the 'Trickster God of Earthen Growth', otherwise known as Veles. Because of a deal between them, he was made half plant--as such, he tends to rely on photosynthesis for energy, and (unfortunately) has a habit of entering a hiberation-esque sleep if he goes too long without sun or water. (Really, it just looks like he passed out)
